Our highly experienced food technologists & bakers continually strive to improve the shelf life and eating quality of our products to meet the requirements of the consumers and the community.
Our principal has more than 25 years experience in the bakery and food technology industry both as owner operator of bakeries, and performing research & development in gluten/dairy free technology for multinational food manufacturers. WFS’s major clients include hospitals, cafes, meals-on-wheel & other hospitality customers.
